A little about Tanya.

Our health is truly, our wealth.

I was introduced to this statement many years ago and could never really understand its meaning until my health vanished in what seemed like an instant.

Little did I know at the time, I had pushed my mind and body just too far by working long hours in a stressful environment and had myself in a constant cycle of worry.

I exhausted myself physically, mentally, and spiritually and spiraled into suffering debilitating panic attacks for 8 years. I had no idea what was going on, and I thought I was going crazy, and I felt like I was going to die.

For 8 long years, I suffered significantly and traveled from place to place trying to find the cause of this dreadful feeling.

Finally, my lifeline arrived in the form of a beautiful, caring, and thoughtful Doctor who put me on the path to understanding my overloaded nervous system and helped set me on the positive track out of the anxiety spiral.

This was the catalyst for many years of exploring, unraveling, learning about my nervous system and getting myself to the calm, happy peaceful mind and body I enjoy today.    

Part of the treatment my doc suggested was to take up a yoga practice, so I did that, and haven’t looked back.

I have been practicing now for 20 years and have been teaching the magic of this ancient art for 8 years, so thanks are given to my consistent yoga practice, my amazing yoga teachers, my support crew of my gorgeous husband and family, and my ever-curious mind leaving no stone unturned, always passionately seeking the truth.

The reason I do what I do is that I understand the detriment experientially that chronic stress and anxiety can have on a person’s health and well-being, on their relationships, and their ability to control weight and to feel good and enjoy life.

I know many antidotes to this turbulence, and I have created this 21-day program to share them with you.

I aim to bring more peace, strength, and hope into my client’s lives and the world.
